Dean Street Staircase

The Soho House at 76 Dean Street in London features a preserved original staircase with an original mural, a key element of the building's Georgian history. The building, a Grade II* listed property, was significantly damaged by a fire in 2009, but the staircase and its mural suffered only minor smoke damage. The staircase is a notable design detail within the members' club, with the mural adding to the historical character. In 2021 this staircase was overdue a restoration both to the mural and the stair structure. Sundance construction ensured that this was carried out to the councils requirements to preserve the history of this beautiful feature and to ensure the members safety.
